English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

It is the title of a document attached to an Apostille from Disclosure Scotland. It talks about convictions, cautions, goverment information. Further on it refers to "Use of disclosure information" and it says "this Disclosure should be used in accordance with the Code of Practice and any guidance issued by Disclosure Scotland."
I understand "Disclosure Scotland" is an agency name, theerfore I do not translate it, but the term "disclosure" in teh ersto of the document is driving me crazy: divulgación, declaración, ...? Suggestions?
