Hay varias frases en el documento con la misma palabra y no consigo encontrar el término apropiado:

Las traducciones habituales de "corriente abajo", "aguas abajo" o "posterior" no veo que se ajusten a todos los ejemplos (o puede que sí y yo no lo vea).
