INTERSTELLAR Collection:
Creative Colors for Pre-Lightened Hair
DIRECTIONS:
In a non-metallic bowl, mix Interstellar color with Developer in 1:1 ratio using Pulp Riot 6 Volume Developer.
Apply to (dry) hair and process for 15 minutes.
For more **deposit and pigment** process 35 minutes.
Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
Interstellar is best on pre-lightened hair: levels 8 -10.
Intermixable with FACTION8 and Pulp Riot Toners to create custom shades.
