USD provider & Euro provider, directly or through their authorized mandated representative would accept, sign, seal and return the private foreign currency exchange agreement along with signatories’ passport copy, appointment (mandate/ corporate resolution)client information together with the ifpa which is an integral part of the pfcea, by fax or email (USD provider send hard copies to EUR provider by courier service).
Upon signed contract the Euro provider will assist the USD provider to open an account in USD at the Euro provider bank where the pfcea will be lodged, in a ledger to ledger system, where the USD will be transferred to. (USD provider will submit all necessary documents for the account opening at Euro provider bank)
The provider (USD provider) will deposit the USD into his account in EUR provider’s bank and inform the EUR provider’s bank officer who will be the same for the USD provider and the EUR provider for readiness to transfer USD to Euro provider’s account by ledger to ledger account transfer.
The provider (USD provider) will conditionally transfer his USD to the provider (EUR) account as per trans schedule5.
The provider (Euro provider) bank officer, after receipt, verify and authenticate the first tranche of USD, from the USD provider account, will execute the unconditional transfer in EUR of the equivalent amount of USD to the account (in EUR ) to be indicated, by the USD provider, in accordance with the banking instructions within this agreement.
Commission will be paid to the beneficiary (Euro provider) further trenches continue as per the above procedure until the USD is exhausted or the pfcea amount is completed
