In this sense it is used as a general designation of the assistance, redress, or benefit which a complainant seeks at the hands of a court...it may be used of such remedies as specific performance, injunction, ... Mi pare quindi che sia quasi un sinonimo di "remedy" Per 'equitable' trovo "giusto, basato sui principì dell'equity" Quindi, mettendo assieme i due termini, il titolo della sezione potrebbe essere semplicemente 'Equa riparazione' o 'Equo indennizzo' Che nella frase proposta diventa: XXXX avrà il diritto di lottenere la limitazione di tali attività da parte del Licenziatario tramite equa riparazione (o indennizzo), ...etc... |
