"Tutte" è davanti alla prima parola, plurale femminile (attività), seguita da una parole plurale maschile (paesi) e poi un'altra plurale femminile (sedi).

Chiedo ai gentili colleghi confronto sull'accordo di "tutto" in questo caso e sul suo utilizzo (ripetuto? "tutte le attiività, tutti i paesi e tutte le sedi" - o solo all'inizio come nella mia proposta.

L'Italiano linguisticamente non è democratico, prevale sempre la forma maschile, anche solo con 2 elementi. In questo caso ne hai 2 maschili e 1 femminile.
Si è costretti a stravolgere l'ordine.
L'ordine più logico che preferirei sarebbe comunque: siti, paesi e aziende.

Quindi alla fine opterei per la soluzione di Eleonora perché si può preservare la sequenza dei termini del testo originale.
