If the annual insurance account defined in paragraph 2 is negative for two consecutive accounting years, the commission rates are reduced automatically for the subsequent accounting years, as follows:
The commission rates are calculated in order to rebalance the second year insurance account deficit.
These commissions are payable on a monthly basis. The Insurance Holder deducts the commissions directly from the monthly insurance premiums he has collected, and pays to the Insurers the insurance monthly premium net of these commissions within 5 days after reception of the monthly invoice sent by the Insurers.
