gegenüber Buchsaldo (book balance). Das value-dated gehört hier zu balance. In anderen Kontexten sicherlich valutiert oder Valuta..., aber hier geht es m.E. zumindest im ersten Satz darum, dass die KK-Konten der Gruppe am Tagesende einen Valutasaldo von Null aufweisen sollen. Hier verstehe ich "clearing" auch eher im Sinne von Leerräumen als das Clearing im Zahlungsverkehr. Es ist nicht unüblich, dass untergeordnete Konten eines Kontenverbundes entweder täglich oder zu Stichtagen/Ultimo auf 0 gesetzt werden und alle "Überschüsse" auf einem Hauptkonto (z.B. der Muttergesellschaft) gesammelt werden. Parallel will man das Geld so lange wie möglich behalten und Zahlungen werden auf das entsprechende Fälligkeitsdatum terminniert.
