Ne nalazim bolje. Radi se o svojstvu, osobnih kompetencija u ovom slučaju, nekog entiteta da je uvijek ili redovito usklađen s novim promjenama, napretkom, novim saznanjima i slično. Izvorno "recency" je "nedavnost" što se ne podudara u potpunosti s neologizmom "updatedness" što je ažurnost, no mislim da je dovoljno dobro.

Ovo je veoma sličan tekst ako ne i isti, jer se navedena rečenica pojavljuje sa slovnom greškom kao u kontekstu (LVTO - low visibility take-off a ne LTVO).

There is no requirement for an operator to issue an AWOPS recency certificate, although many still do. Normally this is dealt with by conducting three approaches during an OPC; this may be reduced though to two approaches (one to a landing in the minimum authorised visibility and one to a Go Around) if both pilots have conducted at least one CAT 2/3 approach in the aircraft since the last OPC. The requirement is satisfied by 2 in the simulator plus 1 in the a/c, or 3 in the simulator.

An ongoing recency restriction is for take-off and landing. This requires that at least three take-offs and three landings are carried out in the previous 90 days. The 90-day period prescribed may be extended up to a maximum of 120 days by line flying under the supervision of a type rating instructor or examiner. For periods beyond 120 days, the recency requirement is satisfied by a training flight or use of a flight simulator of the aeroplane type to be used. A take-off and a landing in the previous 28 days may also be required by the operator.

Koliko shvatam "recency requirement" je zahtev koji moraju da ispune piloti da bi stalno bili "u formi", tj. moraju da imaju određen broj poletanja i sletanja pod određenim vremenskim uslovima u definisanom prethodnom periodu (nedavno). Čak se i u ovom tekstu "recency" često pojavljuje pod navodnicima, tako da smatram da bi "nedavnost", kao što je neko to već naveo u sklopu svog odgovora, ili nešto slično, bilo dobro rešenje, naravno ukoliko već ne postoji neki drugi, uobičajen/usvojen prevod ovog pojma što treba proveriti (sledeći tekst je sa istog linka):

(a) No certificate holder may use any person nor may any person serve as a required pilot flight crewmember, unless within the preceding 90 days, that person has made at least three takeoffs and landings in the type airplane in which that person is to serve. The takeoffs and landings required by this paragraph may be performed in a visual simulator approved under §121.407 to include takeoff and landing maneuvers. In addition, any person who fails to make the three required takeoffs and landings within any consecutive 90-day period must reestablish recency of experience as provided in paragraph (b) of this section.
