تفكك عرى العلاقة الاسرية
بحسب تعريف مكاتب محاماة في الولايات المتحدة فإن هذا الاصطلاح يشير الى الضرر الحاصل لفرد في اسرة ما نتيجة لفقدان احد افراد الاسرة مثل فقدان المنافع المتأتية من عنايته وخدماته (عادة الزوجة ولكن في هذه الحالة الطفل كان ابنا او بنتا) ومن هذه المنافع الشعور بالحب والحنان والانتماء الاسري ووجود معنى للحياة وكل ما يوفره وجود طفل في حياة والدين
