واستعانت النهضة بوزرائها السابقين لترؤس معظم اللوائح الانتخابية، في محاولة لاستقطاب أصوات الناخبين، من خلال إشعاع قياداتها، والاعتماد على قاعدة انتخابية ثابتة.
وباستثناء تحالف الجبهة الشعبية، الذي فضل المنافسة ضمن لوائح موحدة، فقد غلب منطق الحسابات السياسية والمحاصصة بين الأطراف الممثلة للأحزاب السياسية داخل تلك الأحزاب التي تنشط بها، وهو ما يهدد (حسب متابعين للمشهد السياسي) العملية الانتخابية برمتها، ويعيد إليها أجواء انتخابات 2011، خاصة على مستوى تشتت الأصوات واستفادة الأحزاب الكبرى من هذا الوضع.
