disagree  Paul Dixon: "Papel Sulfite" is definitely for writing, not for wrapping - although I suppose that in theory any paper could be used for wrapping!

sulphite paper

Explanation:
There were quite a few references for this on Google, and I'm wondering, since the text is about paper manufacturing, maybe the more technical term might be suitable.

disagree  Roger Skipp: papel sulfite is such a common, non-technical term in Brazil - pls see http://ciberduvidas.sapo.pt/php/resposta.php?id=502. It's the white, A4 paper sold in packages holding a ream. I suggest 'copy paper'reams
