3.14.1.1Maxlmum fuel limit

Single setpoint, independent of speed, and air manifold pressure, entered as a rack reading:
• OPERATING LINE AND TORQUE LIMITER which has five setpoints dependant on the engine speed entered as BMEP (bar).
• Manifold pressure fuel limit which has four BMEP setpoints dependent on the air manifold pressure.

The digital input, 'G' normally used to represent Clutch 2, can be re-assigned in the Service mode (*FUEL LlMIT BIAS*), so that when the contact is closed, the load Indlcation and maxlmum fuelllmit setting are altered according to the Fuel Limit Bias. As a guide to setting up, this value should be the difference between the rack required at 100% BMEP (rated power) on the two fuel types.

The Service menu *MON FUEL LlMIT* gives an indication of the various parameters associated with the fuellimiting function.

Explanation:
Aqui parece não ter segredo. Veja:

Torque: The amount of force that acts upon the shaft multiplied by the length of the arm that extends to the OPERATING LINE of that force. Expressed in units of kgf-m.

Torque: Something which produces or tends to produce rotation or torsion and whose effectiveness is measured by the product of the force and the perpendicular distance from the LINE OF ACTION of the force to the axis of rotation: a moment of force.
