agree Vladimir Dubisskiy : ONLY with "ассоциация" AND it's "buseness disputes" - so i'd use 'kommercheskih sporov"

Можено сказать: Канадский арбитражный фонд.

Но надо смотреть еще на функции этого фонда, хотя сам по себе этот термин dispute resolution является эквивалентом арбитражному.

agree danya : я за присутствие слова "арбитраж(ный)"

Kanadskaja assotsiatsia po razresheniju kommercheskih sporov (CFDR)

Taken from the website:

The Canadian Foundation for Dispute Resolution is a **nonprofit alliance of business corporations and law firms** in Canada working together to promote the creative ***resolution of business disputes**.

I would not use neither "fond" (it's a non-profit organization, NGO), nor "arbitrazhnij" (because, again, it's NGO, which simply helps to find "neutrals" to mediate, it's function is more advisory, i believe).

And i would put CFDR in the brackets after (for the first time) and then, use only CFDR if it occurs in the text repeatedly.
