Italian term

coreografici allestimenti

Italian to English Marketing Tourism & Travel conference facilities
From a description of a venue for corporate events (this is a convent rather than a hotel):

"Le sale banchetti possono ospitare da venti a ottanta persone nella situazione più adatta al tipo di evento, rustico o elegante, e il bellissimo giardino con i suoi profumi e colori è la cornice perfetta per coreografici allestimenti all’aperto durante la bella stagione.

I think coreografici can probably be translated by "spectacular" here, but I'm not clear what is being referred to. Is this about outdoor business meetings or group photographs - or what?

stunning backdrop for plein air events

I know, I know ... it's naff ... however ... they're offering the gardens as an alternative to the "sala banchetti" so it's meals they're referring to.
Then "allestimento" is one of those maddening untranslatable words that drive me to distraction so I endeavour not to use it.

choreographic arrangements outdoors/in the open air.

I have used the search engine Google and have found out that the expression "choreographic arrangements" in written in 47 English websites. Here is an example of its usage:
"The spectacular choreographic arrangements, ballet costumes and masks attract a wide Polish and foreign audience."

Comment: "Choreographic arrangements refers specifically to dance. I don't think that would be appropriate in a description of a Franciscan convent which offers facilities for business events - although it would be delightfully surreal!"
