Czech term or phrase: students' personal agency
First of all, I would like you to make comments in english, as I don't speak any Czech.
The fragment below is taken from the resume of a Czech person and I assume this students' personal agency might be something related exclusively to Czech culture. Could you please tell me what this is, so I can paraphrase it in my target language? Thanks.

Kristyna's work experience includes telemarketing; teaching mathematics and statistics; survey, census, and elections work for the Czech Statistical Office; students' personal agency; and administrative work including data input and billing.

English translation:student recruitment agency / student employment agency
Explanation:
I would guess that from someone trying to translate into English a title of an agency which specialises in employing students. "Personnel agency" is often used for this type of firms and perhaps someone made a mistake.

Otherwise it could mean a student welfare office but there did not use to be many of those in the Czech republic.

Sorry about the type, meant to say I would guess that it comes from someone trying to ...

Good luck

thank you all for your input. I have also asked the client, and when they didn't get an immediate answer from the agency, they told me to create to file versions, with each variant (personal/personnel). But I assume you are right, since personnel sounds more logical.

studentská soukromá agentura >>>

Explanation:
only suggestion
that would be very literal translation
since you put apostrophe mark in student/students'/student's you cold do translation as : soukroma agentura studnetu....
or it might be enough :studentska agentura and skip "private" not knoving how important is word private.....

disagree  Radovan Pletka: she didn't want translation, she wanted to hear in plain English, what that bad Enbglish mean

students' personal agency

Explanation:
students' personal agency - she probably worked in some agency, dealing with student employment. There is about 150 hits on Czech websites for Czech term for student agency, and she probably dealt there with personnel issues. Be as vaue as possible in your translation. Rest of the Engslish should be clear to you
