Itt: "...és illik megadni őket, különösen könyvtár(ak) tervezése/létrehozása/készítése esetén."

Tulajdonképpen csak egy másik alternatíva a már elhangzott javaslatokhoz, a szöveg stílusába talán ez jobban beleillik. (Ahogy a többi kérdésben megadott mondatokat nézem, elég laza stílusban íródott az eredeti.)

A tervezése/létrehozása/készítése a szövegkörnyezettől függ. A könyvtár az eredetiben egyes számban van, de mivel itt általánosságban beszélünk a könyvtárakról, magyarul talán szebben hangzik, ha többesbe tesszük.
