a win-win relationship between equals

: 'equal partners' is usually a non-judgmental term meaning 50/50 shares in the partnership. 'Equal' as a noun captures more of the 'berechtigt' element here ie a partner viewed as an equal in all respects, imho

That's how I would express this term. I think just 'equal' is not enough, becaus 'equal' refers to what? Good luck, Sabina:-)
