Italian term or phrase: che trova sempre in XXX ....
La boutique dispone di uno staff qualificato al servizio di una raffinata clientela locale e internazionale **che trova sempre in XXXX bellezza, classe e stile, quel “quid” in più che caratterizza il fascino femminile.

Its qualified staff serves a refined local and international clientele, for whom XXX is a synonym of beauty, class and style, offering that extra something that characterizes the feminine charm.

Does it sound correct in English? Maybe a bit awkward...
Thanks for helping again.

who always find ...

Explanation:
The way you've used "synonym" looks Italian to me, and you definitely shouldn't write *the* feminine charm.

how about "who always find the beauty, class and style that they are looking for at XXXX, that extra something that characterizes feminine allure."

This sort of translation will need some creative licence - it's on the edge of copywriting.

neutral  Michele Fauble: 'that they are looking for at XXXX' awkwardly interrupts 'beauty, class and style' and 'that extra something that characterizes feminine allure'.

Very good

Explanation:
Not sure "synonym" is exactly what the Italian intends but it's much more what would be said in English.
"...that extra something that is the essence of feminine charm." perhaps - without the "the" anyway.

agree  Russell Jones: "Represents" is elegant but I'm not so keen on "characterizes".
