neutral  Eneida Martins: No Brasil dizemos "terceiro grau" e não "ensino terciário". Um dos sites que o sr. indica é referente à Cuba e o outro é da UNESCO, provavelmente traduzido (não consegui acessá-lo). Trabalho há 20 anos no meio universitário brasileiro e nunca ouvi o termo
