It even has the extra flyer that was just stuck in the front to promote the book. 'This volume is respectfully presented to those callings which are dedicated to the amelioration of the sufferings of mankind.' How could anyone say it more elegantly. Nice collectible for the coffee table if you are associated with the medical community or the Squibb company or if you just collect books. No reserve, just a low beginning bid.
