French term or phrase: Fusion-scission
Hi,
I am currently translating a "Kbis" into English for Australia and under the section "observations et renseignements complémentaires" I have the following "fusion-scission de la société à compter du:"
Is this amalgamation-split or merger-split or consolidation-split in this context?
Thanks
Joanna

neutral  Francois Boye: your definition of de-merger is not consistent with the definition of 'fusion-scission'.
