Swedish term or phrase: särlevnadsintyg
[ ] har tillsammans med ansökan gett in ett särlevnadsintyg av vilket framgår att [ ] och [ ] har levt isär sedan minst två år.

Is there a nice concise English word for this (a certificate showing the parties to a divorce have been living separately)?

Many thanks!

English translation:(Certification/Affidavit) of marital separation
Explanation:
A look around -- searching various formulations of the concept of your term -- I'm finding that more jurisdictions in the US and UK address this is as 'legal' or 'marital' separation. The 'Separate living' suggestion is ok but sounds too direct a translation (and gets only 7 hits.) The 'Affidavit' is understood in US jurisdictions, tho I'm unsure about in the UK.

Certificate of Separate Households

Explanation:
I can't speak for other English-speaking countries, but I don't believe there is any concise term in US English legalese – at least nothing that is widely known and used among Americans.

After doing a little research, I did find that "pre-divorce separate household" had about 500 hits on Google.

You could maybe play around with 'separate household', e.g., "Certificate of Separate Households" or "Certification demonstrating Separate Households".

I'll include two of the legal sources I found (almost all of the source are legal firms in New York State).

Example sentence(s):
  • "the existence and duration of a pre-marital joint household or a pre-divorce separate household;"

certificate of separate living

Explanation:
See ref.

Example sentence(s):
  • If the spouses have lived apart for more than two years they can have a divorce directly, even if they have children or if one of the spouses does not agree to the divorce. In that event the husband or wife should enclose a certificate of separate living
  • In order to prove that the you have lived apart for two years you can enclose a certificate of separate living with your application.

agree  Cynthia Coan: Or even just "certificate of separation"; the marital aspect would be clear from the context.

  -> I never took that road here in Swe, but have the understanding that your statement more likely applies to other countries' circumstances. A closer look at this forms would answer your objection.

agree  Charlesp: I agree. It depends on location and legal system

Affidavit/Certificate of Non-Cohabitation

Explanation:
I thought at first it was "non concubinage" but "non-cohabitation" seems more common although lots of hits come from countries where English is not necessarily the first language, or smaller English speaking countries like New Zealand or Scotland

agree  Adrian MM.: with certificate - Affidavit is also now called a Statement of Truth in the UK.// Otherwise, as opposed to 'separated living' in the assumed sense of 'detached from reality' http://www.wikiwords.org/dictionary/term/1136738/2213824

Legal separation certificate

Explanation:
I don't think that you could find only one English word for this term. How about "Legal separation certificate" - I found this here https://visasassociation.com/guides/schengen-visa-civil-stat...
"Separation means that you and your spouse are living apart from each other, but you’re still legally married.

In some countries, legal separation is the first step before the divorce. However, not all countries issue a legal separation certificate before the divorce is finalised. "

Example sentence(s):
  • [ ] have along with their application submitted a Legal Separation Certificate, showing that [] and [] have lived apart from each other for at least two years.

Attestation of living separate and apart

Explanation:
I will offer another alternative: "Attestation of living separate and apart"

BUT you should use the legal terminology in use in the jurisdiction where the document is intended to be used: "know your audience"
