Sto traducendo un contratto per la concessione dei diritti televisivi relativi ad eventi sportivi.
Each Tournament hereby undertakes to XXX to pay to XXX any amounts equal to:
(a) costs incurred by ZZZ under any agreement between ZZZ and a Broadcaster relating to the domestic broadcast of such Tournament’s Event as certified to it by XXX; and (b) all above the line production and below the line production costs in excess of the agreed specifications (and related cost) outlined in the TV Production Plan, including any and all additional transmission costs and *time buy costs* payable to such Broadcaster.
