English term or phrase: filing a charge or complaint with
...provided, however, nothing in this Agreement prevents you from ***filing a charge or complaint with***, or from participating, in an investigation or proceeding conducted by any federal, state or local agency charged with the enforcement of any employment laws.

I believe there is a comma confusion here... What do you think?

presentar un cargo o queja ante
Explanation:

...provided, however, nothing in this Agreement prevents you from filing a charge or complaint with, or from participating in an investigation or proceeding conducted by any federal, state, or local agency charged with the enforcement of any employment laws.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Gracias. He revisado este párrafo y acomodé las comas según Jennifer pero me di cuenta que mejor queda así: provided, however, nothing in this Agreement prevents you from filing a charge or complaint with, or from participating in an investigation or proceeding conducted by, any federal, state or local agency charged with the enforcement of any employment laws. Seguiré recibiendo sugerencias. Feliz año nuevo a todos.

-> Gracias, Mónica. Igualmente, que tengas un gran año. Saludos cordiales.

disagree  Jennifer Levey: Your statement about the commas is incorrect and actually makes it more difficult to understand. The comma after 'participating' should be moved so it follows after 'in', and no comma is needed after 'state'.
