You could share more context... and the source country, because we dont know if drugs might be involved. In some places, droga is a slang term meaning useless, boring rubbish.

the same drug But it isn't the "same drugs". The person is saying that the reason they are violent is the same-drugs.

it affected one's violent temper because they took drugs and it is almost as if it was because they have the same blood.
