Künftig müssen alle Immobilienfonds mindestens 50 % des ausschüttungsfähigen Betrages tatsächlich an die Anleger ausschütten. Ein Einbehalt darf nur für künftige Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen erfolgen. Diese Neuerung betrifft den Aachener Grund-Fonds nicht, da er immer schon ein ausschüttender Fonds war.
