The guide rail and (power) bus bar system form an integrated unit.
I am not sure if this is 100% correct in this context, but I hope it helps.

If you take the word and the sentence at face value, Kim's suggestion is a reasonable and plausible translation. For it to be correct, the object in question would have to be formed as a ducted rail housing the power cable, and the sentence effectively says that the (ducted) power cable rail has been merged with the guide rail(s).
However, it may be that the author got a bit ahead of himself and/or got carried away by the attractiveness of the aaa- /bbb construction in German, and what he actually means to say is that the guidance function and the power supply function (in the mechanical sense of a slider travelling along a cable) have been integrated into a single rail (or rail system), which is ducted and has the cable inside (or inside one of the rails) for protection, insulation and prevention of accidental contact.
With luck, you may be able to decide from the context whether any of this is on the mark

: I also read it to mean Führungsschiene/Stromkabelkanal as a combined unit

current-carrying rail
"Power cable duct rail" as proposed by Kim finds no Google hits, neither does "current carrying cable rail" but "current-carrying rail" has quite a few Google hits which refer to the term in a similar context. A little more context, however, would have been more useful. The level of confidence, however, is medium, as indicated.
