Draw could be a stage in a lottery, the lottery itself (There will be a prize draw, the top prize being an air ticket to Rio), as also what Usonians call a tie (in the football pools), or the drawing of a ticket, number or something, also common in football (West Ham have been drawn against Premier League opposition in their next cup tie - interestingly 'tie' here does not mean a draw (result) but a pairing in a cup competition - this is derived from the 'selection' meaning as the names of the teams are drawn (removed) from a special receptacle. So more context would be needed. My answer suggests a button where there is, say, a e-pack of cards in the machine and on pressing the button (assuming it is a button) three cards are drawn (selected). In the gas-lit past when I was young, Shopping Ibirapuera had a tarot machine like this. You pressed a button and ten (I think) tarot cards were drawn and displayed on the screen.
