Does anyone know how the words “настоящие Документы” should be translated in the following contract? As “these Presents” or as “this Contract”?

Окончательная версия конкурсного предложения, которая будет участвовать в процедуре закупки – версия предложения, сформированная по результатам переговоров по коммерческим условиям и иных процедур в соответствии с п. 2.5. настоящих Документов.
My attempt at translation:
The final bid version which will be involved in the procurement process is a bid version created on the basis of the outcome of negotiations concerning the commercial terms and other procedures in accordance with Section 2.5 of these Presents.

Соответственно, для него нужно выбрать подходящий перевод и использовать его везде в данном проекте, чтобы было единство терминологии. Если нет такого варианта, или работаете над частью большого проекта - нужно уточнить у заказчика/редактора. Если это невозможно, выбирайте самый простой и максимально общий вариант перевода. В данном случае это будет "the Documents" (можно the present Documents, these Documents и т. д.)

Поскольку это множественное число, это похоже на набор тендерной документации. Артикль the заменяет "настоящих".
