English term or phrase: Early right renal vein shunting from lower pole renal artery.
Mohl by mi prosím někdo poradit s touto větou /polovětou z lékařské zprávy? Jde o výčet jednotlivých zranění, která utrpěl pacient při autonehodě. Měl poškozené ledviny. Po této větě následuje: "It was decided to treat this conservatively."

Moc díky!

Czech translation:časný zkrácený, odkloněný tok krve z renální tepny na dolním pólu ledviny do pravé renální žíly
Explanation:
IMO "early" refers to time frame of the event relative to the time of the accident, i.e. that it happened soon after the accident.
"lower pole renal artery" is probably an accessory renal artery, see reference 1
"shunt" see reference 2.
Please mind that the proposed translation is descriptive. I am not sure if there are any shorter terms to describe this.
Also consider that the adjective "right" could be used to refer to the kidney in the translation, although it refers to the vein in the source. IMO it might be preferable.
