My initial reaction was "urotherapist", but if you look at "urotherapy" in this link, I think they are talking about something quite different.

Here's an idea. The suggestion is the long version, and seems to be the broadest definition-wise in relation to the Swedish definitions I've found. Other versions include pelvic health therapist, or pelvic floor physical therapist. Some ideas for you to check on, at least.
