Caution ... I think the author meant to write "méat urtétéro-vésical", as there seems to be no "méat urétro-vésical" in French; the only other "méat" I could find ist the "méat urétral" (it's where the urine comes out of the body).
So, the translation for "méat urétéro-vésical" is ureterovesical junction OR vesicoureteric junction. You will find more than enough confirmations for these on Google, for example:

I'm at a loss for "lobe gauche", too! The only thing I can imagine is that it means the left one, but I can't see why "lobe".
