Hola,
¿Cuál sería el significado de "award", "recipient" y "grantee" en este contexto?
"Additional Grant Provisions for US Government-Funded Projects:
In the event the Grantee or any of its employees, subrecipients, or contractors are found to have been convicted of a narcotics offense or to have been engaged in drug trafficking as defined in 22 CFR 140, WWF reserves the right to terminate this award, in whole or in part, or take any other appropriate measures including, without limitation, refund or recall of any award amount. Additionally, the recipient must make a good-faith effort to maintain a drug-free workplace and WWF reserves the right to terminate or suspend this award if the recipient materially fails to do so. Grantee must maintain and conduct all of its procurements in accordance with the Procurement Standards set forth in 2 CFR 200.320."

También podría ser beneficio monetario. Y para grantee, utilizaría beneficiario, así como galardonado, para recipient.

galardón
Hi, there. In this case, the first time you encounter the word it has a general meaning, so "GALARDÓN", "PREMIO" or even "CONCESIÓN" are correct. But the second time you see it it refers to it as a quantity that you can retain/take back, so it makes me think that is a monetary award. So, in this case, I wouldn't translate it per se, I would specify that it has to do with a quantity. So when you see " refund or recall of any award amount" I would translate it like "REEMBOLSO O REQUERIMIENTO DE CUALQUIER CANTIDAD ENTREGADA".
Grantee: DONANTE
Recipient: BENEFICIARIO
