Flat K @ Axis and Steep K @ Axis

anglais vers français Médecine Médecine : instruments Ophthalmology - Keratometry - Intraocular lenses
Flat and Steep Keratometry Power
Flat K is the measurement of the flattest corneal power in diopters (D) or flattest corneal radius in millimeters (mm).
Steep K is the measurement of the steepest corneal power in diopters (D) or steepest corneal radius in millimeters (mm).
When keratometry units are set to D, steep K must be greater than Flat K. The system will accept keratometry power values in a range of 30.00 to 55.00 D.
When users introduce a value in the Flat K field, this value is reported on the eye on the right part of the screen (green axis).
The steep K axis is automatically calculated in function of the flat K axis and is represented in blue.

**Flat K @ Axis and Steep K @ Axis**
The system will accept keratometry **Flat K @ Axis and Steep K @ Axis** values between and including 0 and 180°.
The system will auto calculate the second K @ Axis (either Flat K @ Axis or Steep K @ Axis) value.
Flat K @ Axis ± 90° = Steep K @ Axis

============
I have "K plate" for Flat K and "K cambrée" for Steep K. But what does the @ stand for, and most importantly, how is it translated in French? I cannot find "K@" or "K@ plate" or "K@ cambrée" anywhere in French sources. Thank you for any help!

Merci Thank you Althea. I still could not find "K @" though... I think I'll just leave "axe K @ plat et axe K @ cambré."
