First Priority Pledge over Bank Accounts Explanation: Опять же, если "Залог прав по банковским счетам первой очереди" - это термин, и в договоре дается его определение, то для краткости я бы писала "First Priority Account Pledge". Сравните: "Account Pledge" means a first priority account pledge in favour of the Security Agent (on behalf of the Finance Parties) over the Operating Accounts of the Borrowers, to be governed by Norwegian law and in form and substance acceptable to the Security Agent. http://pdf.secdatabase.com/64/0000919574-19-003165.pdf "Договор залога прав по банковским счетам первой очереди" - "First Priority Pledge over Bank Accounts Agreement" или, по той же логике, что выше - First Priority Account Pledge Agreement". Pledge - залог, pledge agreement - договор залога. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2020-06-20 05:44:26 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Да, можно и first-ranking использовать. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04888951/charges/XYdjoaPE0MMojLsnAOXE0qxM6XE https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1061504/000119312512511802/d444736dex4599.htm |

first priority claim over bank accounts Explanation: I would avoid the word "pledge" if at all possible - it is rarely used in English, except in translations! Another possibility is "first call", but that's a bit less formal. https://www.multitran.com/m.exe?l1=2&l2=1&s=%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B3+%D0%BF%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%B9+%D0%BE%D1%87%D0%B5%D1%80%D0% https://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/09/corporate-liquidation-unpaid-taxes-wages.asp |
