Acrónimo "TH" en marriage certificate

He visto otros ejemplos de marriage certificates de inglaterra, y aparentemente esas letras forman parte de un código alfanumérico propio de cada acta (las letras y números son distintos en cada uno)

In any case, I agree with the other proposer, and in any event, it could be a type of serial number which is totally irrelevant to your translation! It does not alter the meaning in any form or fashion by putting back "TH", and therefore, it is a waste of your time trying to decipher if there is any meaning at all!
