This is taken from a discharge letter of a cancer patient. Under "Ultraschall Weichteile" it says: "
"Die Laesionen haben einen Bezug zu angrenzenden Arterien und Venen."
I have trouble finding an idiomatic and meaningful way of expressing this in English.

Unless context sheds light on the nature of the "Bezug" (spatial, causal, aetiological etc), I would suggest to use an ambiguous term like "relationship/related to".
