received as extract without conveyance
The following extract contains information taken from the register of the above title number. A full copy of the register accompanies this document and you should read that in order to be sure that these brief details are complete
excerpt of the certified copy (UK: office copy entries), minus land transfer form
Perhaps the phrase need to be read as a whole in context.
erhält: to be received by... the Court & the Land Registry Office upon meeting of the the conditions precedent to re-registration of title....
eine beglaubigte Abschrift der Auflassung: a certified copy of the conveyance / registered land transfer form /(UK unregd. land) Purchase Deed.
I see no priority notice, but have no sight of the rest of the Land Reg. 'offiice copy of the land search'.

OK, Sebastian. I thought I had spelt out the scenario, namely that the original land search of the conveyance or land transfer isn't released and disclosed to the new buyer unless and until the title has been re-registered in the latter's name. So, until then, the info. remains privileged and confidential.
There is something similar at the UK Land Registry, namely the previous owners of the land (proprietors) may be blanked out on an initial land search:
Das Grundbuchamt erhält nach Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen für
*die Eigentumsumschreibung* eine beglaubigte Abschrift der Auflassung.
UK: Office copy entries are certified copies of the land or charge (with mortgages) certificate, obtained from the Land Registry, confirming ownership of a property.
UK Govt.: Use form TR1 to transfer the whole of the property in one or more registered titles. You may also use it to transfer unregistered property which is to be registered for the first time.
