I'm not sure about "retrolente" - thoughts?

English translation:posterior (to) IOL [intraocular lens]
Explanation:

posterior IOL
[tejido fibroso]
[tejido fibroso] posterior to intraocular lens.

Pej.
Visible clinically as translucent or opacified film posterior to IOL
(...)
ii. Contracted collagen appears as fibrosis and wrinkles

See also (clinically related);

This can be due to a condition known as opacification of the lens capsule, or posterior capsular fibrosis.

Explanation:
Despite my limited (near-zero) knowledge of the field, I suggest something like "fibrous intraocular tissue behind the lens", or maybe a similar phrase with "posterior", maybe "lenticular posterior..."...
