Last Room Availability and Non-Last Room Availability (LRA and NLRA) are contracts between a hotel and other parties (someone else), where LRA is usually in the other party's favour. LRA rooms rates (prices) are usually higher because the rates (prices) are fixed even when there's only one room left available at a hotel, while a NLRA means that the hotel would decide and specify the rates of rooms at its sole discretion, and usually make the last room's rate higher for more revenue. So if someone has a LRA contract, they can rent any room (even the last available one) at a fixed rate agreed upon, however, if they have a NLRA, they will have to comply with any rate that the hotel would set for the last room.
