At first I thought the interviewee was, for some reason, saying that yes, he does have sex... But it has just occured to me that the transcriber of the tape could have accidentally written Участник: (= interviewee?), so it shouldn't be translated. Does that seem the most likely? Otherwise, it would be a rather strange answer.

It looks like someone accidentally wrote it, otherwise there should be "uchastnik" every time the interviewee answers a question

"Uchastnik: (participant, interviewee, whoever)" just once, to show the sequence ie Question (from Asker) and then Answer (from interviewee). tehre is nothing wrong with it; repeat "Uchastnik" all the time looks ugly.

Well, to me the answers are perfectly normal. The person (obviously male) is practicing sex, but using condoms occasionally. Probably very occasionally...
