peer agreement (net): -1growth by systematic take-over; through a (co-ordinated) string of acquisitions Explanation: If indeed it is the acquisition and not the growth that is 'organic'. My own hunch born of M&A experience in the company dept. of a City of London law firm (almost half a century ago, with a standard GBP 3,000 per take-over charge with changes of name and amounts only) is that 'organic' is a euphemism for 'compulsive-obsessive' - no corporate names mentioned, but the controversial record of one asset-stripper sticks out a mile.
