Spanish term

desarrollado/a

Spanish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
From a report of a patient with ischaemic heart disease who underwent catheterisation. Lots of examples of this, I just don't know how best to translate:

- CX desarrollada con lesión severa terminal.
- Previo a dicha oclusión presenta otra lesión severa a nivel del origen de una rama diagonal desarrollada de calibre aceptable.
- Ramus desarrollado con lesión severa proximal.

Thanks!

Discussion

Chema Nieto Castañón Feb 6, 2019:
The original conveys the idea of "present' versus "absent" arteries. Desarrollada -in lack of a common equivalent term used in this context in English- could well be skipped/obviated.
liz askew Feb 5, 2019:
Hi, a fair number of references with "well-developed", however all found on non-UK medical sites.

don't think "strong" would work here.

agree Anne Schulz : yep, normal-sized, well-sized (good-sized?), i.e. relevant for perfusion.
