Italian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Cumulative assumption of debt agreement

Context:
XXXXXX, in qualità di creditore accollatario, aderisce alla presente scrittura ai sensi dell’art. 1273 c.c., dichiarando di non liberare il debitore originario che, pertanto, rimane obbligato in solido con l’accollante.

Apart from creditor (accollatario) e debtor (accollante) are there any other specific terms for such?

I can only find a summary of the meaning of such terms but no specific translations.

I would appreciate if anyone could shed any light onto this please.
