Bloom: the brown colour found in the crust of a well-baked loaf

doradito
Explanation:

"Golden yellow in color (called "bloom"), neither too pale nor too striking, the crust had a uniform thickness and a smooth surface, devoid of fissures, a leathery touch, or an overglazed cast."

"Aids in producing a rich golden brown crust color (bloom) and insures good toasting qualities. This function is mainly due to the malt sugar which is readily caramelized in the oven and in the toaster."
https://books.google.es/books?id=zkpRAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA49&lpg=PA...

"In bread baking, bloom refers to the attractive, brown color of the crust of a well-baked loaf of bread."
http://www.homebaking.org/glossary/old_glossary.html#.WltCxL...

https://www.google.es/search?num=100&source=hp&ei=PkFbWvODOo...

http://www.misolis.com/pan-casero-a-mi-manera/

http://quolilecocina.blogspot.com.es/2014/02/pan-de-pages-co...

https://nanacotton.wordpress.com/2015/04/01/como-preparar-un...
