French term or phrase: liquidation judiciaire
This is taken from Articles of Association which I am proofreading.

"Article 27 REDRESSEMENT - LIQUIDATION D'UN ASSOCIE
Si un associé est mis en état de redressement judiciaire, de liquidation judiciaire, de faillite personnelle or s'il se trouve en déconfiture..."

The suggested translation is "If a shareholder goes into compulsory administration, compulsory winding up, culpable bankruptcy or is insolvent".

I have issues with the first two suggestions.
Can anyone help?
