You asked me: so does it mean this:
correction of the actual position of the filter time?

Beckhoff explains it by 2 terms "Filterzeit" and "Istpositionskorrektur".
The first term is translated literally by "filter time".
The second term is translated by "actual position correction" and should be understood as "correction of the current position". The question is now, what the "filter time" means.

I admit that the correction needs some time. But why is it filtered? What does the filter consist of? I cannot answer this question as I am not the programmer. This question should be answered by the client. Anyway, the rest of the compound is comprehensible and we can deduct: "filter time actual position correction" means "filtered time for correction of the current position".
