Romanian term or phrase: privind declararea nula a actelor juridice
This is regarding a claim against a transport company, taking place in Moldova.

"...in sediul instantei, in sedinta publica, a examinat cauza civil la cererea de chemare in judecata depusa de reprezentantul [Company X] impotriva [Company Z] privind declararea nula a actelor juridice.

In English a literal translation of this sounds odd and I would like some more clarification about the legal implication here before I translate it. I can see it refers to "invalidity of an act", but I do not know what it refers to exactly.

Asker: Can you let me know what you mean by "legal transactions"? This sounds a bit US to me, but not sure (I'm a Brit!).

Asker: Do you think we would say "legal proceedings"?
