The software solution utilizes a one-time enrollment process where the user’s identity is validated utilizing proprietary technologies that rely on multiple external and internal sources before creating the biometric signature.

Once the biometric signature is created and stored for subsequent visits, the check-in process for the second and other follow-up visits is very quick and easy. The solution utilizes a presence validation process and 3-D live-awareness facial recognition biometrics (biometric signature created during enrollment is compared with the new facial scan at check-in) to authenticate a user’s identity, presence and insurance eligibility prior to service at the point of care.
